The swimming pool is operational every years from the first week of April to the first week of January.

Situate the village

At the proximity to the big touristic towns but far to their excitement and their noises, in a green space , near to the A8 hightway access of Cannes or Antibes, my position allows to come easely on all points on the French Riviera.

I have my own entrance and two private car parks. For relaxation lovers a traditional finnish SAUNA in a separate room, with shower and W.C is available. And for all, a large overflowing swimming pool (10 m x 7 m) legal norm NF P90-307, without clorine and salt, with Ag-Cu electolyse.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I am situated on top of a hill facing southwards, where I dominate the old villages of VALBONNE and PLASCASSIER, with a distance of 15 Km to the sea.

Approved 4 stars by the Alpes-Maritimes tourist office and the prefecture with the accreditation number 06 038 060001.

I am a pretty 2 rooms 4 stars of 50 m² fully equipped and furnished garden accommodating from 4 persons, in a site very quiet and in a large new villa.

I have numerous others advantages :

  • A private entrance near yours parkings spaces and a separation door with lock "tenant" side to ensure total tranquility and discretion.

  • A Private swimming-pool reserved for our tenants only to 70 m² (10 x 7 m, small bath 1.2 m and large 2 m) with treatment copper - silver without chlorine or salt, protection by optical barriers and alarm.

  • A Private garden 250m² reserved for you.

  • In the swimming pool, counter-current swimming, balneotherapy, hydraulic massage (free).

  • A round large barbecue over with wood fire (free)

  • A Saunaroom next to the pool, with a Traditional Finnish sauna 6 places, (notify guests 1 hour in advance for heating), shower, washbasin, fully equipped and an independent toilet.

  • NEW pergola 30 m² with 25 m² private terrace with a table for 6 place in plastic withe, 4 armchairs in plastic withe, a standing parasol

    Indoor :

  • A living room with modern kitchenette (fridge-freezer 150 litri, two-burner gas hob, extractor hood, etc.), breakfast table and 2 teak armchairs, a large 3-seater sofa in 160cm facing the TV, 2 large cupboards with all table and kitchen elements (refer to the kitchen inventory of the apartment in the rental contract).

  • A large sofa for 3 persons to 160cm convertible into a bed for 2 people in 160x190cm, in front to satellite-TV HD 117cm, all chanels and laguages,

  • BATHROOM with bath and shower, Oral-B dental jets (we do not mow the brushes available), extra heating and independent W.C.

  • Bed-room with large couple bed (180 cm x 200cm), mattress in Latex 100% and silk, double slatted bed base, 7 wardrobes and mirrors, household linen and cleaning machine on demand. 

  • NEW REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING OPTION, HITACHI AIR HOME 400 (free for the night hours from 7 o'clock in the evening to 7 o'clock in the morning during the summer)

  • Household and bath linen (available on request, refer to the contract in the on "Bed Room" option "Linen").

  • TV and Internet Wifi Higt speed free.

    Deposit & reservation: Check or Bank deposit possible (my account number sand by email). The check is wording to "M. or Mme SPAPPERI" for the previous values or equivalent in GB£, or US$. The reservation will be confirmed by e-mail at the caution reception. Thanks to specify in your mail the choosen free period (see link Availability and Prices), the flat number, your choice for the option linen, your name, first name, complete address, phone number, @ddress, number peoples.

    Caution (guaranty):> It will be returned to your bank account at the end of your stay (on the next week) or returned by post for the check.

    My residence continues the tradition of our Niçoise table, our biological products, fruits of the Mediterranean and endemic trees, and everywhere herbs of Provence. For the experts, some pearls among the fine regional wines, ..... , but also all gastronomic and touristic pleasures of the Italian Riviera and the Piemont...., and last not least the sea, everywhere the sea and the mountains.
