Some seasonal rental platforms take insurance fees on their own to cover any potential degradation, without however creating a strong relationship between the tenant and the renter to have the quasi-certainty of meeting the commitment over the rental period. However, in the absence of this deposit, we have no certainty that the tenant will commit to honoring their word and you will understand that we are opposed to this rental policy, please kindly propose a solution satisfactory for both parties. On our part, we propose to issue a check for the value of the deposit which will be returned to you upon your arrival. In all other cases (Abritel, PAP, Holidu, ...), the reservation is effective upon receipt of your deposit.
