View from the Solarium over the pool The swimming pool is operational every years from April 1st to the end of September.
Since 1.06.2025 T° water = or > 25°C At the proximity to the big touristic towns but far to their excitement and their noises, in a green space , near to the A8 hightway access of Cannes or Antibes, my position allows to come easely on all points on the French Riviera. I have my own entrance and two private car parks. For relaxation lovers a traditional finnish SAUNA in a separate room, with shower and W.C is available. And for all, a large overflowing swimming pool (10 m x 7 m) legal norm NF P90-307, without clorine and salt, with Ag-Cu electolyse. Sorry, I forgot to tell you that I am situated on top of a hill facing southwards, where I dominate the old villages of VALBONNE and PLASCASSIER, with a distance of 15 Km to the sea. |
Approved 4 stars by the Alpes-Maritimes tourist office and the prefecture with the accreditation number 06 038 060001. For 2 people I am a pretty 2-room 4-star apartment for 2 people of 35 m² + 16m² of private solarium, fully fitted and furnished on the ground floor, in a very quiet site and in a large brand new house (for the peace of our tenants we no longer accept children) I have numerous others advantages : Outdoor: Indoor : Our environment: the lungs of the Côte d'Azur Our rentals start on April 1st until the last week of September (we are closed the other 6 months of the year) |
